Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat Review

Eat Stop Eat Journal (2019) .

Abstract

Eat Stop Eat is a dieting revolution that could change the way that you look at losing weight. The key to this program is the concept of intermittent fasting. This means that you don’t have to restrict yourself from eating any foods, you don’t have to miss out on your favourite treats and you can still lose weight!

The Eat Stop Eat program explains that you can lose weight by “taking a break” from eating for a specific period of time about 2-3 times per week. On the days that you are not fasting you will be able to eat whatever you want, within reason. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you get results with this system!

The idea of fasting for periods of time in order to lose weight might sound a bit crazy, but it’s important to remember that people in many different religions have been fasting for thousands of years so it’s not a new or strange concept. Many people are afraid that fasting will slow down their metabolism, cause them to lose muscle or not be able to function due to hunger. However, these are myths. The truth is that the human body evolved during a time when food wasn’t always present and it is able to last for periods of time without eating.

The Eat Stop Eat program was created by Brad Pilon, who is an expert in health, weight loss and nutrition. He is from Burlington, Ontario which is a small suburb outside of Toronto. He has been passionate about fitness and bodybuilding since he was young and he got a degree in Applied Human Nutrition. He has worked for one of the top supplement companies in the world, which gave him access to a world of professional Bodybuilding.

The Eat Stop Eat program will outline everything that you need to know to follow this fasting diet. It contains a schedule that you can follow to make things easy to understand. Also, it will show you exercises that will help you to build muscle while you are losing weight – with a consistent training schedule of three or four times per week.

The Eat Stop Eat program promises many benefits. When you are practicing intermittent fasting you will have more energy, your skin will be clearer and tighter, you will look slimmer and you will feel healthier. Once you get used to the fasting days, they are not too hard to follow. It is something that anyone can do – even when you are working full time.
