Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа процесса постоянного улучшения на производственном предприятии, выявлены достоинства и недостатки, а также предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию процесса непрерывного улучшения в СМК.
This article presents the results of the analysis of the process of continuous improvement at a manufacturing enterprise; the advantages and disadvantages are identified, and recommendations for improving the process of continuous improvement in the QMS are proposed.
