Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of such notions as «corrupt payment» and «bribery», being aimed at the estimation of the validity of distinguishing the two notions. Much attention is given to the definition of the object, the target, the subjective and objective aspects of each crime. The article gives a detailed analysis of the key features of corruption that form the basis of criminological crimes.
